MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS 

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Currently, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days prior to shipping. 

*Note our carries are still experiencing longer than average ship times. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and about 5-8 business days for delivery current delivery times are between 2-3 weeks *

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A PROMO CODE?

Please enter your store credit or promo code in the promo code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the promo code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment. 

Promo Codes and store credits can not be combined. 

I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT, WHAT CAN I DO?

Apres Alaska sources from four masstige manufacturers to provide our  premium quality attainable styles. Once apparel is transitioned out of our store it is rare we will carry the same item again.
